RULES

All skaters must follow the following rules while attending skating lessons:

  • No food allowed on the ice or along the ice surface.
  • Skaters must get up immediately after a fall, unless they are unable to do so.
  • Proper attire must be worn, no jeans, no oversized shirts or sweatshirts. Please pull all your hair away from face.
  • If a skater is sick or going to be away please notify the coaches, otherwise there may be a charge for missed lessons.
  • Skaters receiving lessons or dance partnering have the right of way. As well as skaters doing their programs with music.
  • Skaters must respect each other, coaches and parents.

All CanSkatersMUST wear a CSA approved hockey helmet while on the ice. See SkateCanada Helmet policy for more details.

PRE POWER REQUIREMENTS – No skating/hockey experience. Ages 3 and up. Full hockey gear no sticks

CanSkate – Ages 3 and up. No equipment or sticks. Dress child warmly with tighter clothes no hanging scarf ends.

StarSkate – New to our club coaches assesment maybe required before placement.
